Nolan Eason

At 1:03AM on Friday, March 30, 2012 my first child was born - a son. We named him Nolan Eason. 21" long, 5lb 3oz. He was beautiful and perfect in every way, except that he was stillborn. As we searched for answers to his untimely death, we also searched for comfort. This blog was created as a way of working through my sorrow by trying to find something beautiful in the world each day. Hopefully, along the way it will help others to heal as well.

The Brody House

After two company moves, we ended our day today at the the Brody House. The reason I was super stoked about that was not only do I get to work with my favorite kid actors, but I end the night less than 5 miles away from my apartment. And when it is as late a night as tonight was, that is always a good thing. What made the night even better was Marshall and JT coming out to set to visit. Morgan was super excited to see Marshall as always and so were a good bit of the crew. He didn't stay long but it was still nice to see him since he would be asleep by the time I actually got home from work.

It was another cold, damp night on set but my craft girls took good care of me. They not only brought me a hot chocolate made with milk, but the served me my PBJ on a "venomous" plate. Apparently, I'm not the only fan of Halloween. They are definitely getting into the Halloween spirit at crafty with their decorations, plates and Halloween candy.
