Nolan Eason

At 1:03AM on Friday, March 30, 2012 my first child was born - a son. We named him Nolan Eason. 21" long, 5lb 3oz. He was beautiful and perfect in every way, except that he was stillborn. As we searched for answers to his untimely death, we also searched for comfort. This blog was created as a way of working through my sorrow by trying to find something beautiful in the world each day. Hopefully, along the way it will help others to heal as well.

Crepes

As a thank you and congratulations to the crew for all the Emmy wins, Showtime sent us a crepe truck to set today since we were filming on stage and everyone would be able to enjoy it. I've never really been a big crepe person, but I gave in and went out there when I heard they had desert crepes. Boy am I glad I did! I ended up getting a banana, nutella and whipped cream crepe and it was out of this world! I could have easily gone back and had another one. It's too bad we don't get crepe trucks on a regular basis. I could definitely get used to this kind of treatment on set!

Apparently, crepes weren't the only thing going around. One of our series regulars finally got his very own chair back today with his character's name on it. I guess that means they plan on having him around for awhile. After all, it was one of the writers that requested them get him it!
