JoJo got herself a bath this morning by Marshall before we went and had lunch with my Dad. To keep her allergies at bay, we have to bath her every week or two and since it's medicated shampoo I am not able to bath her. Usually, Marshall is able to do it when he comes home on the weekends and if he isn't my Dad has come over and bathed her for us. Hopefully, after the baby comes we will still be able to find time to bath her on a regular basis but I know it is going to be more challenging to keep on top of it with a new baby in the house. After we were all bathed (JoJo included), Marshall and I went to meet my Dad for lunch at Pita Delight. It's been several weeks since Marshall has seen my Dad so we thought it would be nice to spend a little time with him today having lunch. We had a good time catching up with him, but unfortunately it was cut shorter than we would have liked since Marshall had to get on the road to Charleston. We picked up some dog food for JoJo on the way home and then Marshall packed up his clothes and headed out to Charleston. It's always quiet and lonely in the house when Marshall leaves on Sundays and it makes me really hate that we both have to work out of town so much. I enjoy my job, I just don't enjoy having to leave my house and my city to do it. Maybe in the next year that will change for both of us and we can get on shows in Wilmington and enjoy our house, city and friends more.
